We currently represent over 21 million square feet of commercial space for sale and/or lease, and provide property and association management for over 197 properties (industrial, office, medical, and retail) totaling more than 13.2 million square feet. Our role is to represent our client’s needs in all aspects of buying, selling, owning, leasing, managing, and maintaining their commercial real estate assets and/or investments.
The Sales & Leasing Agent position is customer-driven, and above all requires a friendly, approachable and willing individual who finds satisfaction in speaking with and helping clients. The daily schedule is determined by the needs of both internal and external clients who are reacting to market conditions. Therefore, this person must adapt well and respond positively to pressure associated with shifting priorities, short deadlines, and the high expectations of our clients. Much of the work done by the Commercial Real Estate Agents requires attention to detail in both the communication style and data management by maintaining up to date information. Therefore, this employee must have an eye for accuracy of all details and facts collected Other preferred technical competencies include:
- Arizona Real Estate license required
- Ability to communicate and speak with people on the phone daily
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Database Management and Customer Relationship Management software
- Willingness to learn and utilize social media channels to promote commercial real estate properties
- Self-starter capable of managing his/her time and priorities while successfully accomplishing planned objectives
Experience in database management, data entry, as well as experience in any facet of commercial real estate, is a plus. Ideally, job candidates will have some basic knowledge of commercial buildings, real estate marketing, or real estate research.
This is a full-time position requiring 40-50 hours per week.
The position offers a flexible schedule with the work being performed during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
